Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with Respectify. If you’re not satisfied with how things are going, we’ll make it right—with a refund.

Here’s how it works:

• You can ask for a refund within 14 days of any top-up. We’ll refund the unused part of that top-up.
• Money already spent on requests isn’t refundable, because the work has been done.
• If you’re a consumer, the law where you live may give you more. For example, in the EU and the UK you can be entitled to a full refund of a top-up within 14 days. Those rights always apply, and our payment provider Paddle explains them in its refund policy.

To request a refund, just email us at admin@respectify.ai and include your account info. That’s it. We’ll take care of you.
